It is produced in the body naturally, by both males and females, and plays a role in reproduction and may even contribute to those feelings we call “love.”

Recent research has linked oxytocin with the ability to trust others. Evidence suggests that it may even play a major role in a person’s ability to take care of others and for avoiding conflict.

It’s been demonstrated in animals that oxytocin acting within the brain plays a major role in establishing maternal behavior, as scientists put oxytocin into the ventricles of the brains of virgin rats and non-pregnant sheep, and it rapidly induced maternal behavior.

A team of Japanese and American researchers did a recent study where they genetically engineered mice to not process oxytocin. The result was that the males became more aggressive and the females often forgot to take care of their babies. Additionally, the males were quicker to attack aggressors and they would fight for a longer period of time than the mice with normal oxytocin production.

Acute stress can inhibit oxytocin release in humans, and that may explain sudden anger if someone is experiencing a lot of stress.

One characteristic of autism is a lack of a sense of empathy towards other people. Anxiety is too usually accompanied by increased physiological arousal, such as greater perspiration, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, muscular tension, trembling, and agitation.

Stress Management Self Help: -

1. Meditation Stress Relief: – Stress is a natural part of everyday life. Just defined, stress is the body’s reaction to any change that requires the body to adjust or respond. Stress can obvious itself in bodily forms such as headache, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest ache, sleeping problems, nervous tension, and nervousness.

2. Lots of benefits result from usual meditation. Self confidence, energy levels and output all receive a boost from meditation. Health will recover or stabilize because stress levels go down which will decrease stress related circumstances and illnesses. A person’s mood can get better when anxiety levels are reduced because strain is no longer a chronic situation.

3. Vitamin Stress Relief: – The prescription of vitamins for pressure is a controversial issue. Vitamins are micronutrients which are necessary in minute quantities for carrying out metabolic, enzymatic and certain hormonal activities in our body. Except vitamin K which is produced in smaller amounts in our body by the intestinal flora and vitamin D which is produced in the skin, all the extra vitamins are to be provided from outside either through food or as supplements.

4. Deep Breathing Stress Relief: – Breathing properly can be as powerful as it is easy. The typical person merely uses around twenty percent of their lung capacity, but with practice, they can learn how to tap into their lung’s full potential. Sending better oxygen happy to all the cells of the body can bring dramatic changes in general health and mood.

Schedule your deep breathing exercise just as you would schedule significant business appointments. Set aside a minimum of two 10 minute segments of time daily although you can begin with two five minutes segments if you prefer. Honoring yourself sufficient to schedule time with yourself is the first step in mastering stress. Tend your association with yourself and your relationship with Life and with others will be enriched and deepened accordingly.

Find information on <a

Health will improve or stabilize because stress levels go down which will reduce stress related conditions and illnesses. A person’s mood can improve when anxiety levels are reduced because stress is no longer a chronic condition.

• Vitamin Stress Relief: – The prescription of vitamins for stress is a controversial issue. Vitamins are micronutrients which are required in minute quantities for carrying out metabolic, enzymatic and certain hormonal activities in our body. Except vitamin K which is produced in smaller amounts in our body by the intestinal flora and vitamin D which is produced in the skin, all the other vitamins are to be provided from outside either through food or as supplements.

• Deep Breathing Stress Relief: – Breathing correctly can be as powerful as it is simple. The typical person only uses around twenty percent of their lung capacity, but with practice, they can learn how to tap into their lung’s full potential. Sending better oxygen content to all the cells of the body can bring dramatic changes in general health and mood.

Schedule your deep breathing exercise just as you would schedule important business appointments. Set aside a minimum of two 10 minute segments of time everyday although you can begin with two five minutes segments if you prefer. Honoring yourself enough to schedule time with yourself is the first step in mastering stress. Tend your relationship with yourself and your relationship with Life and with others will be enriched and deepened accordingly.

You may be interested in reading <a
