Do you have any objective idea of your level of stress? Is it possible to test stress accurately? Do you know if you are getting stress relief? These are important questions in learning how to manage stress and relieve stress. In this article I give a brief overview of self-report stress testing along with comments on the role of cortisol testing in urine and blood samples. My major aim in this article is to provide another insight into stress relief and stress management by increasing my readers’ knowledge of stress and how to manage stress.
