Stress, imagined or real, can expand to full grown phobias and psychiatric disorders. Constant pain, worries over health, finances, and repressed emotions are some of the factors that cause stress. It is important to analyze the stimuli of stress and the emotional or physical responses which appear to create the onset. When stress becomes out of control sheer will-power is not the answer.
