There are many causes on why kids feel stressed among these are academic problems, grades and peer pressure. Stress can also be experienced by a child if he finds out that he is not like the other kids due to his handicap.

It is difficult for the kids to deal with stress and if not acted upon, the problems that go with it simply gets worse when they become adults. Kids feel and act differently when they are stressed. They may have colitis, stomachaches, become easily irritated and throw tantrums. Because of these, it is essential to be aware how to help them deal with stress properly.

For you to know what your kids problems are, you must have and keep open line of communication. Through this, you will be able to get to know what are the things running in your child’s mind and you will be able to understand him. Most of the time, kids do not talk to their parents about their issues and so it is best to reach out to him if you noticed any change in his behavior.

Games and sports are good stress beaters. Therefore encourage your child to play games like cards and puzzles which requires concentration hence taking their thought from their problems. Also convince your child to play outdoors so that his mind will be refreshed.

Touch is necessary to make your child feel loved and secured therefore, hug and kiss your child whenever possible. This helps him fight stress. Also, when talking to your child, remember to tell him how<div

Keep in mind that as parents it is your duty to guide and help your child. Hence never allow any unnatural behavior to pass by.

Take a look at these articles by this writer regarding the most fashionable in <a

If you’re reading this, my guess is you’re like the rest of us, who from time to time creating situations that call for big decisions. It can be a trying time can’t it? We can beat ourselves up with the “what if’s, the should’s, the I’m too old, I’m too young, I can’t because, if only’s” and many more. These statements can get in the way of decision-making and cause us a great deal of angst.

All too often we make decisions from a position of fear, or from a position of powerlessness rather than out of empowerment. Not knowing which direction we want to move in can cause a feeling of instability and hinder our confidence. Indecisiveness erodes our feeling of security. It’s the unknown that is what shakes our confidence as once we have made a decision; very often it is easier to take steps to deal with the decision.

When we stop and realize that very often it is not the decision itself that is daunting but the time of weighing up the options and thinking of the consequences that causes us angst, then we can alleviate some of the pain of the decision. Looking at decision-making as a process that we can direct with a few simple questions can bring us back to a place of empowerment and help us make decisions that are in our best interest.

We know that positive thought patterns will attract more positivity into our lives and negative thoughts bring negative experiences. Therefore it’s desirable to make decisions from a point of empowe

rment and a positive outlook rather than a fearful disempowered place. Catching negative, limiting thoughts and replacing them with positive, empowering, thoughts is how you create your best life.

So the first question to ask of yourself is, “Am I running away from something I don’t want or moving toward something I do want? Running from something comes from a negative place and indicates an act of fear, while running to something comes from a place of empowerment and confidence which is a positive place.

Running towards something with nervous apprehension is understandable and not something to be concerned about. Adrenalin may kick in and the idea of something new can stimulate some people. Running towards something indicates you are choosing the change so there is likely to be some positive aspects about the change and some non-resistance.

Whereas running away from something indicates there has been a fearful response aroused and can lead to choices that may not be in your best interest. It indicates you feel that an unwanted change has been imposed on you and you are resistant to the change. Running away stems from a feeling of insecurity and can lead to poor decision-making.

Our minds are brilliant at rationalizing any decision so it is in our best interest to check our true motives for the decisions we make. We are usually wiser in hindsight as our mind can be very convincing in the moment. We can create a life journey with fewer potholes if we take the time to check the reasoning behind our choices.

Others may offer advice as they may feel they know best, but we all have our own paths and sometimes what seems illogical in the short-term may be logical in the long-term and visa versa. Don’t worry too much as all decisions are just the theater of life playing out and as a wise person once said to me (my teenage daughter actually) if you don’t like that decision, you can always make another one.

Sometimes the decisions we make are not popular with those around us, but all we can do is be true to our inner guidance and answer a few telling questions that help bring us more clarity. If you try and please everyone you will end up not pleasing anyone, least of all yourself.

No matter what the dilemma you find yourself faced with, taking time to ask if you are running from, or running to, something will aid in clarifying your decisions and hopefully make the decision easier. At least it is a great first step. In my next article I will discuss the second important question to ask in the process of decision-making, so look out for that article in the next issue.

Gaynor is an author, public speaker, facilitator and CEO of Advanced Success Life Coaching.

There are many factors that cause stress in the workplace. There are customers, clients, managers, boss, CEO, and plenty of others to take care of. In this article, I will explore a few ways you can use to handle stress in workplace.

1. Let’s talk about problem

This is probably the most effective way to release all the problems away from your brain. Talk to your co-workers about your problems with your boss. In fact, rambles, bitch to them any dissatisfaction you feel about your workplace.

It is so effective, yet most people keep their problems in their heart. Why is that? There’s nothing wrong in complaining, but there is a problem in taking all the problems in your workplace personally. Yes, complaining too much will reduce your productivity, but I’m talking about complaining while doing work but complaint AFTER you do your work.

But, make sure that you don’t bring your problems home. That place is sacred for you and your family. No one else, including your problems with your boss should be there.

2. Lets play some games

This is probably the most effective way to release all the tension you accumulate at your workplace. Instead of complaining, or having a cold war with your boss, you could play games you love. For example, if you like playing badminton, you could play it after work. How about a game of tennis? It can be a great way to release all those frustrations built up while working.

3. Get someone to massage you

This is simple. Just get someone to massage your back after lon<div

If you short on budget, you could just tell your kids or your wife to massage your head and back. Simple, but it definitely works!

So that’s three ways you can use to handle stress in workplace. If you are working hard, and did not deserve the treatments your boss gave you, consider getting a new job because in long term, it won’t benefit both you and your boss.

Find out more on stress in workplace [http://www.freestressmanagementguide.com/Ways-To-Relieve-Stress.html] by visiting freestressmangementguide.com, a popular stress website that specializes in offering free information on stress symptoms, causes of stress and stress relief to include natural stress relief [http://www.freestressmanagementguide.com/Ways-To-Relieve-Stress.html] techniques and methods.

No related posts.

5 Causes of Stress That Every Employee Has to Overcome

Causes Of Stress Management

Causes Of Stress

Causes Of Stress At Work

Causes of stress in the wro

Causes of stress management
<guid

Stress is ubiquitous. It is present in your mind, body and soul. Everybody has begun to orient their lives with stress instead of finding ways to overcome it and de-stress. Employees should not be pinned down for not fining ways to overcome stress seeing that they are forced to work under the stressful setting without any relaxation. Only if they find time for leisure they might think about the possible ways to bust the stress.

However the first way to triumph over the demons of stress is to make out the possible causes of stress at work. Subsequently one has to follow up the detection of the causes by the actual regime to conquer stress inducers. In the coming paragraphs let us throw further light on the significant inducers that stress the employees albeit there are quite a lot of stress causes. Put differently we shall look into the 5 reasons, which instigate the employee to give in to work pressure ending up with physical strain and mental trauma.

1. Job Insecurity and Dissatisfaction

Every employee dwells about how safely is he holding the position in his workplace? Is there any chance for him to lose the handsomely paying job due to his incompetence, non-resourcefulness and incapability? Dreams about pink slips continue to haunt him creating a greater psychological impact.

On similar lines is the factor of less payment for more work. Employees barely want to rise voice against the necessary staff and hence give in to stress easily.

2. Disturbed reactions to Work Place Politics

No emplo<div

Thinking about the job security is one of the reasons on which every employee remains passive. This passive nature takes its toll on the person mentally.

This also shows that one cause of stress lead up to another one and they are all predominantly interconnected.

3. Unimpressive Work Place Relationships

If at all an employee feels as if he is isolated from his team members and nobody is interested to be involved in a robust relationship with him, he is affected mentally. Human mind is the most complex thing, which easily succumbs to any shortcoming in relationships that exist between humans. Workplace is no exception to this thumb rule in actuality.

4. Unhealthy Work Place Environment

The tidier the setting is, more involved and participative will be the employee in the work assignments. If there is a speck amount of lacking in these above mentioned factors a decisively undesirable impact on the efficiency of the employee may perhaps be on the cards.

5. Monotonous and Tiring Work place Tasks

Workload, unconquerable burden, unreasonable demands and orders from superiors and Extra time work have a considerable impact on adding up to the stress levels of all employees.

Take advantage and visit <a

It knows no boundaries and affects rich and poor.

Stress not only affects your well being and happiness but also affects your health and is one of the causes of long term illness.

This raises the stakes of dealing with your stress.

One of the first steps in beating stress is to know what causes you stress.

Stress can be caused by many things, your internal attitudes to things, fears and also external situations that we face each and every day.

One of the major causes of stress is the feeling of being overloaded with things to do and not enough time to do them in. This feeling of constant pressure, deadlines and the need to stay ahead of the game is a cause of stress for many people.

I know that when I feel overloaded I become frustrated and short tempered. Sometimes the best way to deal with this type of stress I prioritize my work and lifestyle by using effective time management.

Another cause of stress is the constant feeling of tiredness. Tiredness can be the result of poor sleep and diet. Either way it can become a vicious cycle as stress can result in more sleepless nights or reaching for comfort food, and thus perpetuating the cause of stress.

Family worries and how you are going to pay next month’s bills is a huge source of stress for many people. This can lead to frustration, anger and depression. Often these are the very things that can impact on relationships with important others.

Having poor family relations can be one<div
