The Different Faces of Stress

Stress is basically a relationship of your actions with your brain. The actions you take are commanded by your brain. Stress is caused due to specific situations and responses of the person towards the situations.

Stress is caused due to specific situations and responses of the person towards the situations. Almost every person faces stress but in different conditions and different forms. In other words, there are different faces of stress.Stress don't have any particular type, it might be anything for example death of a loved one, financial problems, long-term relationship breakup, work load and many others.It's true that there is no particular type of stress but there are different faces of stress. It can enter in any form in your life. Following are two major faces of stress:
  1. TOLERANCE: In rare conditions stress is considered as a motivational factor. For example stress of examination on a child can motivate him. Most common face of stress is tolerance. Although some people say that tolerance is an art which every person should know. Yes, everyone has to tolerate at some stage of their lives, but in some conditions tolerance can be stressful. For example, you are standing in a utility bill queue and it's taking very long for your turn to come. In such situations tolerance can be stressful.
  1. TRIGGER: Stress is not same among people; you can distinguish stress with the help of triggers. If a person is facing financial crisis then his trigger will differ from the person who is getting a promotion. In short, triggers are unique and differ according to the situations.
These are only two faces of stress but there are many other different faces of stress. Stress is something which can have adverse effect on your mental and physical health. You must reduce your stress by finding the stressors and necessary solutions. Meditation and physical exercises can help you in reduction of your stress.
