Stress is our response to events that cause Physical or Mental tension. Stress is chronicle and when we can feel the stress building up, it would have already done some negative effects on our body. Therefore, it is very important to find ways to reduce stress so we can continue to lead a healthy life and be able to focus on our work.
Stress may lead to very serious health conditions
Hypertension – Stress leads to constriction of blood vessels, increase of heart rate & elevated blood pressure. Diabetes Mellitus - Stress induces hormonal changes in our body, reducing the action of insulin. Cardiovascular disease – As stress leads to Hypertension, it increases the risk of cardiovascular disease like stroke & other heart disease. Infertility - Stress affects hormone production and cycle especially women. Women who are stressed have 30% fewer eggs fertilized and the miscarriage chances are 2.7 times higher than normal people.

Several Ways to reduce Stress in different level and stages
Diet - Stress exhaust glucose in our body, which is our major energy supply. Therefore extra carbohydrates are needed to provide fast energy. The best sources are complex carbohydrates found in fruits, bread, pasta or potatoes. Regular exercise and Sleep -It is important worthwhile to schedule wisely to eliminate the negative effects of stress.
Break the Routine -Identify and be aware of our stress, then take a new routine to replace the present pattern. Periodically take deep breath or stretch your body muscles.
Recognize the source of Stress.
If a responsibility is giving us too much stress, de-commit from the responsibility or learn to have a different tackle towards it. For example, if your job is giving you too much stress, you could either quit or learn to enjoy and find alternative ways to carry out your duties and work. This is not easy but it could be done with some useful tips here.
If we have a relationship problem which leads to stress, we ought to understand the secret of handling relationships and either make it work or give it up. Before deciding, we have to be very careful and not to run away from a potentially good relationship.
However, there are times when there is no way of eliminating the stress sources in our lives, or it may take time to tackle a stress causing problem and if this stress level is too high, it might worsen our conditions. Then we have to get our minds away from the stress for a while in order for us to focus on our work or handle the matter calmly.
