Stress, kind of a funny word don't you think? It is a weird word, but the backlash that it has on our bodies is not funny at all. Are you cognizant of what is going on inside when you feel the anxiety come on? Have you ever thought about how your stress is having an after-effecton the individuals near you? Do you find it irritating to make decisions because you are stressing over things that you under normal circumstances would not give a second thought to?

Physical Stress Causes

Most individuals know when they are getting too worried because they experience the physical symptoms of severe worry. For example, a person who is showing horrible stress could get anxiety, perspire more often, get skin problems and experience a lot of other symptoms of extreme worry. Extreme worry has even been the cause of strokes, heart attacks, and other serious problems.

Do you realize that, due to extreme worry, you could be in great physical condition and still have heart disease or a stroke? Stress can make plaque covered vessels to constrict and rupture, sometimes causing things like clots to get stuck which creates closed off blood vessels. This blockage gives the heart organ unneeded stress trying to get the blood through a individual or to your brain. The result is a heart attack or stroke, depending on the location the blood is getting cut off to.

Mental Stress

Mental stress is what several individuals mean when they use the word stress. Individuals have emotional stress at various levels and for various reasons. Some emotional stress is said to come from work or from family issues. I am very sure we have all developed emotional worry at some time or another in our lives. A lot of us have even had chronic stress.

Continual Stress

Continual stress happens when there is non-ending stress on your body. There are times when people who are experiencing constant extreme worry don't even understand that they are having stress. If you are experiencing the continuous and very detrimental effects of chronic stress, there are some options available for you. Non-medical solutions are available and can handle your worrying levels very well; however, if your stress persists, it's better to get medical attention.

There are literally thousands of sources of stress and several things that can happen due to stress. Please be informed about extreme worry and the things it can cause but for Heavens sake, don't let it stress you too much.
