Many things are responsible for stress. Stress can be physical or emotional. To fight with it is very important to identify it weather it related to physical or emotional.
But if we say stress is always bad then we are wrong. It's not. Such as when someone afraid that someone physically hurt him , his body absorb more energy from blood in the shape of glucose and all systems organs like the heart and blood vessels, the lungs, the digestive system and brain come in the mode to meet to said danger.This is a survival stress. Many times I experienced it and may be you also.
We can classify stress to many categories. But today I want to share my thoughts about emotional stress (IN NEGTIVE TERM). Weather it is emotional stress or another stress can be described by the person who have the victim of it. After all, it is his/her feelings who creates stress.( like " Uski Sari meri Sari se safad kaisa",--WHY SHE HAVE MORE THAN ME-- it is in female tone, please modify it as per your stress)
And believe me dears, to deal with it - it's a very difficult game. Your opponent have very good cricket team (World Eleven) & in your team there is only one player, YOU. When they bowled they create for you
1. Trouble Sleeping
2. Inability to concentrate
3. Feeling much tiredness (Backache, irregular Breathiness)
4. More Urination
& when they bat
1. Your musicals tension starts increasing.
2. You're Brain & musicals need more blood.
3. To cope with it your heart start speedy working. Its need more oxygen, glucose.
& Result
1. Heart Attack
2. Stroke
3. Mental problems
Then why we are taking so load of work, desires, resolutions, if & buts? But to deal with emotional stress is not so impossible. How it is possible? Simple
If you are salaried person, quit the job.
If you have business, simple shut it & lock the shop/premises & threw the key in nearby river.
If you are married, then take "sanayas"(become saint) & built ashram near to Banaras or near to any another city (not necessary) where foreigner often travel & when they ask for stress remedies give this "golden rule" to them.
Just kidding. Don't do it.
To deal with it you either need to take a break or start practice yoga or learn to meditate. If you are unable to do these things then you must watch movies like "Jab We Met" or "have you got the mail " or spent some money by visiting either to your astrologer or family doctor. Now one question arises why all doctor & astrologer lives in great houses. Today we are not discussing on this issue, but latter we will try to understand the same or come to my blog http://differentstroke9.blogspot.com/ and express your views & relive your tension.
The very basic idea to deal with it try to understand where it is coming from and how to protect yourself .I understand that it is become more difficult, when it come from to whom you desire most, but if you divert yourself , you save else there will be "No ESCAPE from Asylum.
Try it because I know in near future we all need it badly. Why?, because all wise men of the world are saying "Economy is going to slowdown"
Or try to believe in religious verse of Baba Farid
"Rukhi Sukhi Khai ke Thanda Paani Peo, Farida Dekh Parai Chopri Na Tarsaeo Jeeo"
The meaning of the verse is "restrict your desire. Live Simple & try to be happy with what you have"
